My Approach

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey rooted in safety, respect, and genuine understanding. We move at a pace that honors your unique rhythm and personal experiences. Going to therapy can feel hard, so I incorporate moments of joy and developmentally appropriate activities to help sessions feel engaging and supportive.

Together, we work to build practical skills, deepen insight, and help you navigate life with greater ease and confidence. Whether addressing immediate challenges or long-standing patterns, our work focuses on fostering meaningful change and supporting you in reaching your goals.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Mindfulness

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, family and peer conflict, identity-related challenges, ADHD, and difficulties with emotion regulation, stress management, and/or life transitions. My experience in schools and primary care also allows me to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.

Services I Offer

Weekly or bi-weekly individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 25.

Initial sessions focus on getting to know one another, identifying your strengths and needs, and collaboratively developing goals and a plan for our work together. We will regularly check in on progress and adjust our approach as needed to best support you or your child's growth.

Therapy sessions are through telehealth.

Therapy sessions are $250 per 50 minutes.

Individual Therapy
Parent Coaching*

Parent coaching offers a supportive space to better understand your child and build practical strategies using evidence-based strategies, such as Parent Management Training or DBT skills for parents. This may include supporting your child in applying skills from therapy in everyday life, building emotion regulation and coping skills, and strengthening your connection with your child or teen. We can also focus on managing attention and executive functioning challenges, including ADHD-related concerns, and navigating parenting challenges with greater clarity and consistency.

Parent coaching sessions are $250 per 50 minutes.

Children and teens are deeply shaped by the environments around them—at home, in school, and in their communities. Research shows that caregivers play an important role in supporting meaningful change in a child’s therapeutic process.

Parent involvement is often an important part of individual therapy, depending on your child’s age and needs. We’ll discuss what this may look like at the beginning of our work together and revisit it over time to ensure it continues to meet your child’s needs.

*Parent coaching is offered as a separate service when appropriate and is designed to support parenting skills more directly. Parent coaching can be a component of individual therapy OR a stand alone service depending on the needs of your family.
